The bases of our trays, tables, and frames are factory-made Siberian pine wooden furniture – built to be stable and for everyday use.
The ceramic tiles undergo glazing and firing, after which they are hand-glued to each product. This final stage is what requires time, precision, and human touch.
Due to the delicate nature of ceramic tiles, each order is packaged with additional protective layers to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Product safety during transit is our priority.
At the same time, we strive to use as little plastic as possible. This is not always easy with fragile items, but it is part of our mission. Therefore, we combine protective materials with more sustainable solutions when possible, and we are actively seeking new ways for more eco-friendly packaging.
We believe that caring for your home and caring for the environment go hand in hand, and we plan to continue innovating in this direction.
Tiled Tales deliveries are made within Bulgaria via the courier company Speedy. Currently, we do not offer international deliveries.
You can choose between:
- delivery to a Speedy office
- delivery to a Speedy locker, or
- delivery to an address specified by you
At this time, we do not have a physical store where products can be purchased on site. All orders are fulfilled online.
Delivery of in-stock items takes 2-4 business days after order confirmation.
The delivery cost is calculated according to Speedy's rates and depends on the weight and size of the shipment. When finalizing your order, you will see an estimated price based on the chosen delivery method (to an office, locker, or address).
If you pre-order an item that is currently out of stock, the production and delivery time is 6-8 weeks.
We follow the standard return policy under Bulgarian legislation. You can return a product within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Upon receipt of the form, we will send you a confirmation of its receipt and will process your request in accordance with applicable law.

While we pack each piece of furniture with special care, damage can sometimes occur during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately by sending photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference within our standard Refund Policy.
Ceramic surfaces are easily cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the tiles' shine. Wooden parts are maintained like standard furniture – with a dry cloth and, if necessary, with suitable wood oil.
Yes. It is possible to create furniture with specific tiles. For example, if you like the tiles on a particular tray, we can make a table with them, and also accommodate your preferences for the size and color of the table.
The production time for a custom order is 6 to 8 weeks.
